Upon receipt of your registration form and payment of the conference fee the Conference Host will send you a letter of confirmation.

Conference Fee

The cost of the Accompanying Persons' Programme is € 250,-       Members of EADL € 750,-; second delegate € 500,-; any additional delegates € 300,-       Members of National Associations with membership in EADL € 820,-; second delegate € 550,-; any additional delegates € 300,-       Non-EADL Members € 850,-; second delegate € 570,-; any additional delegates € 300,- As a participant you will be entitled to the following:       a copy of the Conference folder       three lunches, and beverages during breaks       Welcome Reception, Social Evening, and City Tour Accompanying Persons' Programme includes participation in the social events.

Terms of payment

The total due (Conference fee plus Accompanying Persons’ Programme where applicable) must be paid on registration either:

	by transfer into the account of Dekon Congress & Tourism, Account No. 9092589 EUR., Swift Code: TGBATRIS A381 at Garanti Bank, Kurumsal Branch, Istanbul, all bank charges to be paid by you; or bycheque
	cheque enclosed with your registration.  If you choose to pay by cheque please add € 25,- to the amount due to cover bank charges.

Terms of cancellation

Conference
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received by 26 March 2004.
50 % of the conference fee will be charged for cancellations received by 16 April. After that the whole conference fee will be charged.

Hotel Reservations
No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received by 30 April 2004. For cancellations received between 30 April 2004 and 18 May 2004 payment for one night will be due. After that no cancellations will be accepted.

All cancellations must be in writing.
