Certificates in Distance Education & Master of Distance Education
Responding to the growing importance of distance learning in an age of knowledge and lifelong learning, the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg (Germany) is offering two certificate programmes in distance education (Foundations in Distance Education, Distance Education for Developing Countries, http://zefnotes.uni-oldenburg.de/ASF/ASF.nsf) in partnership with the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).
