Membership

It is possible to become a member of EADL. The procedure is sending a membership's application form to the EADL executive director by land mail or E-mail. A description of the different membership possibilities are given under: how to become a member.

The membership's fee for ordinary members is depending on the yearly turnover in Distance Education. For other groups there are fixed fees.

EADL 2007 and 2008 membership's fees

1. Ordinary members and Institutional Associate Members
Turn over:
up to 250,000 Euros
between 250,000 and 500,000 Euros
between 500,000 and 1,000,000 Euros
between 1,000,000 and 2,500,000 Euros
between 2,500,000 and 5,000,000 Euros
between 5,000,000 and 10,000,000 Euros
above 10,000,000 Euros

2. Ordinary (non D.E. Institutions) Members:
Corporate human resources and training departments, Educational publishers, developers of educational software, or educational consultants not directly concerned with the provision of distance learning.

Members have to meet certain standards. The standards are described in the Code of Conduct. This code as well as the Constitution can be downloaded from that area.
