Networking
The EADL has members in 18 different countries and we regularly attract visitors from all over Europe to the conference.
This gives you opportunities to network with distance and elearning practitioners from many different countries.
This year’s conference is being held in the Central European country of Germany with great travel links from all over Europe.
Technology
The use of technology in distance and elearning is moving at a breakneck speed.
We will be focusing on new technology including:

The Sights
Berlin is a beautiful city steeped in history. Home to sine amazing sights, such as the Brandenburg Gate, The Reichstag and the Gendarnmarkt.
There are some fantastic walking tours of the City available in both German and English.
If you’ve been to Berlin before, this could be a great opportunity to explore a different side of Berlin.
The Social Evening
This year the social evening will be held at the revolving restaurant at the top of the Berlin TV Tower.
It will be an opportunity to enjoy a high-class meal whilst socialising and networking with other delegates.
The social evening is included in your conference ticket.
The Workshops
Over the past 2 years, we have introduced hands-on workshops to the conference and they have quickly become a highlight for many.
Previously our delegates have been able to try out video, gamification and virtual reality.
This year there is a focus on AI and adaptive learning!
